This book showed up yesterday when it was released. I purchased this book back in April of this year when I found out this guy had made it. I’ve watched several videos of this “angry retail guy” and I’d have to say they’re pretty spot on when it comes to working in retail. Of course, there are some of the videos that have to deal with work in general and not just about retail so they could probably apply to everybody. Anyway, I look forward to reading this book!
