The Fireside Chats

When I’m at my local bookstore, I tend to browse through the different genre’s that I like. I’ll go through each section and I’ll just browse. Sometimes, I’ll find books while I’m browsing that just jump out at me. Other times, I’m looking for specific authors that I enjoy or follow. When I’m shopping online, like Amazon for instance, I’ll normally shop by author. Sometimes I’ll branch out and shop by genre.

I’ll also go shopping on my day off so that I have plenty of time to go shopping without any interruptions. I just like shopping for books, regardless if I’m shopping online or in a bookstore. Reading a book is fun for me……you get to go on a new adventure every time you open a new book. However, going shopping for that next book is another adventure by itself.
