Authors you normally follow/read?

Do you have any authors that you normally keep up with? While I don’t limit myself to just certain authors, I do have authors I tend to favor….

If I want to read horror, then Joe Hill and Darcy Coates are usually my go to. I became a fan of Joe Hill when I read his “Locke & Key” series and I found Darcy Coates while I was browsing e-books to download to my Kindle. I do tend to read a little bit from Stephen King some as well. I only started reading his stuff after I became a fan of his son.

Wayne Hancock tends to write murder mystery so I will read his stuff when I want to read something along those lines. I have quite a few of his books……some of them I’ve read and some of them are still on my TBR pile. Another author that is a mystery writer is Agatha Christie and Frances Duncan. I’ve read quite a few books from Agatha Christie and I have Frances Duncan’s series featuring Mordecai Tremaine in e-book form on my Kindle.

  1. I don’t tend to limit myself to certain authors as I feel as long as I enjoy the story and the plot then I am happy to read it. I will admit that I am a huge fan of Harry Potter so those books have been my favorite since they were released.

When I was a kid, I was a huge fan of Roald Dahl and had loads of books that they had written that I enjoyed.

    1. This is me. There are authors that I tend to like, however, I won’t limit myself to just those particular authors. I’ll check to see if those authors have any new books out but I’ll also look to see if there are other stuff out there as well. I’m into any story that will keep my attention.
