The Fireside Chats

I finished reading this at bed time last night. It’s a collection of short stories geared more towards younger audiences (I’d probably say around the 10-12 year old age range). Each story follows a child about that age (or close to it) and puts them in a scary or unusual situation. This would probably be a good book to read with your kids around Halloween if your kids aren’t too easily scared. {Note: The tree on the front of the cover glows in the dark.}
