Reading habits….

We all probably have some kind of reading habits. What are your reading habits?

I’m always sitting down to read before I go to bed. I’ll spend a few minutes, at least, reading in bed before I turn the lights out and go to sleep. Even if I don’t get to read at any point throughout the day, that’s the one time where I get a few minutes to myself to read before I grow too tired.

I also like to read scary stories when there’s a thunderstorm outside. I think the thunderstorm helps to enhance the story even further.

I do have a habit of taking a book with me when I go places. That way, if I have to wait in line then I have something to occupy my time with. Also, when I’m traveling, I tend to take my Kindle Fire with me. That way I have plenty to read without it taking up very much room in my carry-on.

  1. At my young age, I used to read for knowledge, information, and pleasure, however, in my adulthood I am reading mostly for the substance and craft (that’s because I am a writer)

    1. Nothing wrong with that. Normally I just read for the fun of it these days. I don’t know that I’ve read anything specific for knowledge since I was in school.
