What is your favorite genre when it comes to reading books? Why?
Horror = I have a lot of books, however, I think I have more from this genre than I do any other. I guess I just like a good spooky tale. A lot of the authors that I have from this genre are Stephen King, Joe Hill, Darcy Coates, Amy Cross, Shirley Jackson, etc.
Fantasy = This is the genre that I can easily get lost in. It lets you wonder off into new worlds without having to leave your couch. Authors from this genre will include C. S. Lewis, J. K. Rowling, George R. R. Martin, Christopher Paolini, Ransom Riggs, Stephanie Meyer, Charlie Fletcher, Tracy Wolff, etc.
Thriller/Suspense = This is the kind of genre that can keep you on the edge of your seat and that’s what I like about it. It can keep you coming back for more. Authors I have from this genre would probably be Shari Lapena, Stephanie Perkins, Sarah Pearse, Ruth Ware, etc.
