The Fireside Chats

Some of the books I ordered over the weekend have showed up already. 6 of them were waiting for me on the front porch when I came home Wednesday. The rest of them will be delivered through the postal service and I’m still awaiting for them (I hope they get here soon). The only ones that won’t get here quickly are the 3 that I preordered. One will be released next Tuesday so I should get it shortly there after. Another one won’t come till this summer while the other won’t come till May of next year. Those 3 books will help me finish up a series I’m reading though.

I also have something new coming next month. I’m going to challenge myself to post each day of the month for the whole month of February to see if I can keep it going all month long. I normally only post 2-3 times a week but I’m looking to push myself. There will be some days that will be easier than others. It’s easier to write on days when I’m off from work but I think that if I write the article before I go to work that I’ll be fine. Otherwise, if I do it after work, I’m afraid that I’ll be too tired to do it.

Also, I’ve noticed that foot traffic has been up during December and January. I hope to keep that trend going through the month of February with the challenge that I’m going to be doing. This is something I’ve been trying to work on and I hope to improve it as time goes on.
