Did the book fair ever come to your school? How often did they come? How much money do you think you spent at the book fair?
I remember seeing the book fair all the way up through “Jr High”. For me, “Jr High” was grades 7 – 9. So I never did see the book fair at high school. I don’t know if this was just a thing for the younger kids or what. I always enjoyed these because I loved to read and I could usually find something interesting to read at these book fairs. The book fairs usually showed up no more than once or twice a year at my school (or I don’t remember them showing up more than that anyway).
I don’t remember how much money I spent at the book fair. I never did keep track of that (especially when I was a kid). When I was in elementary school, the book fair was kept in one corner of the cafeteria. Middle School and Jr. High, the book fair was always kept in the library.
