I just found out that Harry Potter author, J. K. Rowling, has written something else called the Ickabog. It’s a story for children (something she had written for he own children) but she’s bringing it back out during the lockdown due to Covid-19 and she’s publishing it for free on a website. Anyway, there is a link to the website at the bottom of this article if you want to read it for yourself or if you want to share it with someone else.
There are two chapters which are free. Not complete book. I think J K R is publishing the entire book during the Nov. And the proceeds would go to the Coronavirus charity.
Okay. I saw that there were only two chapters that were free but I thought they were going to produce more chapters later on. It makes sense that they are producing the rest for charity though.

I am a big fan of Harry Potter and JKR. Her creativity is out of the world and it has thrilled a lot of people like me.
But her subsequent projects, like the Calling of Cuckoo or even this, doesnot entertain me much. It might be the popularity of Harry Potter over shadowing it or it might be genuinely bland.
Its purely a personal opinion. I am not a great fan of this. Just my two cents.
Thank you for leaving an honest opinion. It’s okay if you don’t like that new story, I think it was geared more towards kids. So, it might not be as entertaining as the Harry Potter series was. I haven’t read this story yet but I may read it just to see what it’s like.
