Well folks, it’s Christmas Eve. For those of you who celebrate the holiday, you’re probably spending time with family today and tomorrow. I hope you enjoy yourself and have a wonderful Christmas.
I stopped by my local bookstore yesterday that I normally like to shop at and it was a mad house. There was a line at the register that looked like it was 3 miles long and the store was packed full of people besides the people standing in line. This reminds me why I do my Christmas shopping early and avoid doing any Christmas shopping at the last minute. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love shopping at this particular book store. I can browse in there for hours. But when I usually go there, they normally aren’t so packed full of people. I think that if I get any gift cards to the book store that I’m either going to a) buy online from their website and just have it shipped to my house or b) wait until I get my vacation in January to spend them in the store (the kids should be back in school by then).
How about you? Do you do any shopping online or do you shop in the actual store? Do you do a little of both? What about shopping in a small business….do you do any of that for the holidays?
